Heroes From Above For Angelenos
Scully Learning Center Foundation is proud to announce the release of, “Heroes From Above For Angelenos,” a heartfelt adaptation of its original song, Heroes From Above. This community drive project aims to raise awareness and funds to address homelessness, focusing on populations impacted by the recent devastating Los Angeles wildfires.
“Heroes From Above” is a poignant song that shines a light on vulnerable homeless populations, including intellectually and developmentally disabled adults, Veterans, Children, and the elderly, all while invoking the imagery of spiritual guardians guiding listeners towards compassion. By consistently presenting the choice “to ignore or assist” in its chorus, the song evokes empathy and prompts reflections on personal responsibility towards these populations hoping to transform awareness into tangible action for those in need.
Support SLCF in the fight against homelessness by purchasing Heroes From Above For Angelenos. Money raised from the song goes directly to programs addressing homelessness and rebuilding efforts, ensuring no funds are used on overhead expenses.
Do you know a musician, celebrity, artist or someone who can lend their voice or talent to our cause? Every connection counts. Together, we can turn this dream into a reality.
Together, we can be the “heroes from above” for those in need.
